With extensive experience across the mining, minerals, industrial, and commercial sectors, Tom brings a strong technical foundation in the design and delivery of complex structures for major processing facilities and infrastructure projects.
He has contributed to key greenfields and brownfields developments throughout Australia and internationally, delivering structural design, feasibility studies, value engineering and construction support for lithium, gold, steel, and industrial processing operations. His expertise spans across heavy steel and reinforced concrete design, dynamic analysis, modularisation, and remediation of existing assets.
Across his career, he has played integral roles in projects involving large-span industrial buildings, conveyor systems, stockpile facilities, equipment support structures, retaining systems, and detailed design for both new-build and upgrade works. He also has extensive on-site experience, managing RFIs, conducting inspections, verifying existing structures, and providing practical, constructible engineering solutions.
Highly proficient in a wide range of structural analysis and design software, he applies efficient modelling and analytical techniques to deliver accurate, compliant and cost-effective engineering outcomes.
