Ronnie Phillips, Administration Assistant at Toro Engineering, brings over 45 years of extensive experience across the mining, health, and education sectors, specialising in administrative and executive support. Joining the Toro team in early 2025, Ronnie plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day to day operations of the business. Her exceptional attention to detail and ability to excel under pressure enable her to efficiently manage confidential and sensitive information related to clients and projects.

Before joining Toro Engineering, Ronnie made significant contributions to the Indigenous Engagement Group at BHP, where she streamlined processes and managed partnership data. At Curtin University, she served as an Administration Assistant, adeptly managing databases for PhD students and supporting academic staff. Her career also includes roles in client services at Coral Horizon Finance and as an executive assistant at both the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and Curtin University of Technology.
