Role Description
This is an opportunity to join a West Australian company and work directly with the Director and broader team on a wide range of projects in the Resources, Renewables, NPI and Industrial sectors.
You will take responsibility for delivering structural designs and reports across a wide range of projects.
This role offers significant variety, autonomy, and career development.
Who This Role is Suited To
This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who is ready to step away from the repetition and bureaucracy of large corporates and take on a more meaningful, hands-on role.
You are passionate about high-quality structural engineering, but you also understand the importance of delivering practical, efficient, and buildable solutions without unnecessary complexity.
You will:
- Minimum 3 years’ structural engineering experience, including at least 2 years delivering Australian-based design projects
- Dynamic self starter with a passion for Structural Engineering and thrive in a multi-project consulting environment
- Value collaboration, accountability, and clear communication
- Demonstrated competency with Space Gass, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite and Australian standards
- Exposure to Mining, Resources, and Industrial projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
- Full working rights in Australia (visa sponsorship not available)
